Third generation coaching builds on first and second generation coaching which focused on vision, goal setting and changing unhelpful beliefs into new empowering ones that are crucial to high performance.
Generative Coaching includes both and offers a way to help clients create a successful and meaningful work life, to have great relationships with yourself and others and ultimately to have a vision or intention for your life and help you bring this into the world.
